Consent of the construction authority with placing an advertisement sign (Judgement of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic No. 8 Sžp 8/2011 of January 19, 2012)
If the information, advertising or promotional sign is being placed in places visible from public spaces and is associated with a building or land, its owner, tenant or other founder is obliged to seek permission from the construction authority.
